Pros
There are a little big for me to * but i open the capsule and add it to my daily premier protein shake. It has most everything i need, is easy to * and economical.
I recommend these to anyone who had the surgery. Now ordering on automatic delivery every 90 days.
Cons
Product makes me nauseous and i end up vomiting anywhere between 1-4 hours after taking. Gave me diarrhea. Also gave salty metallic taste in my mouth. Even if you break the pill and drink it, it has a nauseating taste.
Suspect serious impurities. Check with your nutritionist. I'm not sure if one capsule busted or several.
