I bought him these because his old custom orthotics were cracked and falling apart and he refused to wear his new orthotics because he doesnt believe that they made them properly and so i wanted to look for something that would hopefully help him overcome the need for expensive orthotics since he is no longer covered by his mothers health insurance

I also would not reccomend changing to the next step up if you plan on being on your feet the whole day just after making the change as it could become painful because your body is not used to the pressure

But after 4 weeks my feet are 8xs better and i am a happier person i still have 3 more levels to try to make it 10xs better i have tried many different kinds and these work the best i prefer the 2nd lowest instep insert yellow or green tabs that are place mid step
