The show has no real direction or narrative and therefore lacks momentum and there are a couple numbers stoney end that dont translate as well to the live stage

I did not care for her 1996 tour and its many cd offerings as that tour focused too much on her broadway and other movie related songs and did not feature enough of her more contemporary offerings
