Pros

This moen handheld is great. The showerhead itself is high quality for abs plastic. There is nothing wrong with the plastic hose but if that is a hang up for you then you should probably buy the $160 model.

Cons

The hose is not as pictured. It does not have a metal hose, it is all plastic. Very clunky hose.

Waster of money. It’s all plastic housing and got brittle and broke. I am very disappointed in it overall. Base seems very cheap and probably won't last.

I feel like a gremlin ordered this for me. The other parts are not as pictured. This is misleading the consummer and it should be flagged as such.

Water pressure terrible. It is advertised as having a flow rate of 2 gpm, but 1. I live in florida and our water is very corrosive so maybe this is a plus, but i doubt it.
