Pros
It fluffs up really well but it does take a few days for the initial decompressing. The cover seems to be made out of strong a resilient material.
Cons
I feel deceived and looked into returning the pillow. Who need such deception? Please reconsider the purchase of this pillow.
Pillows are so uncomfortable. I prefer more firmness, but this one will touch sides it sinks so much. My husband who is a stomach sleeper needs less lift then i do but had exactly the same problem.
It is flat and lumpish and squishy and hard all at once. One is worse than the other and actually feels like there are small pebbles inside. Also, the pillows are lumpy.
This is even after hand-fluffing the pillows. The pillow consistently flatten out to a 2 inch block of granite. When i make my bed the bottom half of the pillow flattens out and it takes a long time to get it back to normal size.

Leaving the foam to expand itself wont work

I recommend spending some time massaging it and pulling apart the memory foam inside until all the lumps are gone you can do this with shredded memory foam but dont do this if you purchase a regular memory foam pillow

The pillows arrived in a tight roll and looked squished and felt hard and even a bit lumpy

I find it very comfortable for sidesleeping but not in any other position unless i try first to mash a head hole in it otherwise my head is held up too high at an uncomfortable angle
