Pros

It fits true to size. It's quite durable and high-quality. They definitely squeeze so you’ll prob want to size up at least 1.

Under normal circumstances, they are much more comfortable than a pad or liner. They are the perfect height to wear with a thermacare heat pad when you have cramps. I use them as tampon backup or alone on light days.

They launder well and take about 2 days to air dry. The only downside is that you will definitely have * lines…and two butts and a muffin top.

These are great for gym wear to lawd don't have to worry about a gush. It's also leak free. Definitely absorbs quite a decent amount.

After much research, decided to try these for my middle schooler. My 6th grader is not worried about an embarrassing accident at school.
