Well worth the breathtaking price. We cater to some very demanding customers. The owner is very friendly and will answer any question.
A professional chef who owns a business with a team of personal chefs. My customers and chefs all rave about this vinegar. Try combining it with a good olive oil, then dress a green salad with a few slices of fresh or grilled peaches.
Cons
The description of the product states that the weight is 6 oz. Actual amount of balsamic vinegar is only 3. The recipe book is dirty. This seems very sketchy. Why would they allow another label to cover theirs?
