There is glass on the top of the wooden base and the plastic piece has 3 projections to hold the baseball in place

The baseball touches the sides so it was difficult positioning the baseball since everytime we put the plastic container back on it it would shift the baseball and stick to the sides

Once we got it to stay put putting the cover back on was tricky because the plastic doesnt really align and theres nothing to latch it to the base

The surface of the base that comes into contact with the ball is reflective giving the display a little more “glam”

Easy to use once i figured out how it worked directions would have helped or at least a picture
