Pros
The thickness of the mat is excellent, and has a sort of gel feeling to it, making it much more comfortable. Am 61 and need the extra cushioning which makes the exercise much more pleasurable.
The velcro tie/handle for it is also handy for being able to roll it up nice and quick, as well as carrying and storing it.
Cons
The foam is too lightweight and when unrolled continues to want to curl. It also slips on the floor and is very bulky. Overall it is not fit for purpose.
