Pros
Daily approx 10ml with water in the morning empty stomach. Standard products, delivery intimate and good packaging.
Karela (whole) and jamun (seed) are good for management of blood sugar level. Easase sugar kam hota hai.
Cons
It say jamun and kerala. Sri sri is better. Brand name should be highlighted first.
It's manufactured by some other pharmaceutical company named goodcare pharma pvt. The pictures which are showing here are different than original product. Don't claim it as baidyanath product.
Don't believe on the bogus claiming of different bioactivities by company. Don't confuse the customers. Misleading information by the company.

So i believe having this precautionary medicine is not enough without proper self care especially if diabetic
