I'm a baggalini fan (this is my 3rd). Fun color (hibiscus - bright pink). I chose the black diamond print; the fabric feels pleasantly soft and looks attractive. Solids & patterns available.

Top zipper is not finished correctly--it sticks out at far corner, and is not sewn in. It’s as if not enough fabric was used below the seam -line. Zipper at top – extends more than 2” at one end and does not even close properly at the other end.

The material is more coarse. I was impressed by this brand, but no longer. Other baggallini bags are far more durable and well constructed.

Shoulder strap a flimsy woven material. On my shoulder it is slick and across my body it is rough on my neck.

The item is still showing as shipped with no firm delivery date. Returned it for a replacement. Returning that one for a refund. I get that part of the problem is with the delivery vendors, but that is a kpi issue between amazon and them.
