It works perfectly in both my 2003 toyota and 2018 kia sorento using the car scanner free app for android. Ran both perfectly. Prius app on my 2005 prius. Works well on mid 2000s toyota, honda, and ford cars.

Tried again with the bafx scanner and there is no bluetooth signal from it. Lasted a month and 4 uses, this reads on check engine light, not very useful plus u have to pay for a compatible app. Not reading nissan 2008 y12 ad wagon ecu using torque app... Read More

First you have to pair the phone to the obdii transmitter while its plugged in to the vehicle obdii port
