Putting this stuff on my quads and hammies directly after a long run is perfection. Way better than the chemically smell of the traditional sore muscle rub from the drugstore. Good for rubbing on sore or cold feet, it helps warm them up.

I get leg cramps at night and this stuff works every time. I use this on my thumbs when arthritis makes it impossible to move. In no time, pain is relieved.

Cons

The only muscle soreness you will alleviate is by rubbing this oily ginger smelling substance into your muscles. The ointment itself does nothing. This smells amazing but has zero warming effect.
