My son is ultra careful with all of his electronics mostly using this for the ps4 so i know this was not an issue of misuse

He was happy with the sound and microphone quality while they lasted but durability of the product is clearly not acceptable

As this was the second set of headphones i had purchased having no problems with the first i thought my problems may be an isolated incident and asked for a replacement under warranty

Two things i want to mention is that the mute button is not a switch you have to press it and when u let go it un mutes

The ear padding is soft but is also thin and it may just be me but my ears press against the plastic speaker part and it hurts
