Ours was delivered a week ahead of schedule came with all necessary parts and hardware was relatively easy to put together took 2 adults about 7 hours and nothing broke as it was being assembled

We were missing a support piece and requested a new one but havent heard anything back yet lol

My dad also mentioned the slide is a bad design with how the screws go into the slide pieces and that some of the screws are overkill and thats why the wood splits
