My only 2 complaints are that after my second time using it the faster snap broke on the pacifier bag which makes it unusable now😐 also the diaper changing pad handle could be put on the other side cause everything falls out and where you close it the velcro was put on wrong so its not a strong hold when you close it

My bag did come with a flaw the zipper to the front pocket did not come with the little handle so i could not unzip it so that pocket was pretty much unusable

Mistakes happen i know they cant control 100 the manufacturer but what counts is how they handled my situation

I did return it because it was quite large and i didnt need such a large bag
