Pros

Backjoy provides just enough support to keep me upright. It's almost like getting charley horses the first time you strapped on steel roller skates.

It also helps keep proper posture so that i don't get sciatica. This was recommended to me by my massage therapist to reduce back pain. I am a massage therapist whom due to covid had to transition to a deck job.

Cons

For those who are skinny/have minimal padding in your back side—- don’t do it! The plastic is too soft. The pillow is flimsy and small.

Do not buy this. It's worthless and you can't return it when you find out what a cheap piece of foam covered plastic it is. Failed before 1 year of use, very dissapointing.
