It's a long review BUT we'll deserved. What can I say, this neck brace has changed my life. Since the 70tys i've had cervical painful problems. Tried hundreds of national health neck braces since the 70tys. I tried this fantastic design brace. This design is truly all I needed to help me through the day & while traveling plus my neck doesn't get over heated in the summer having to use covered foam braces & not feeling sickly while eating. I live with a condition much like permanent whiplash, this design brace stops the shouting pains in my head caused by my spinal neck problem. I've padded the front bars & slitly re-bent front bars to suit me as we are all built different i'm rather bonny. A big big Thank You to who ever designed this brace weather for use while on PC or other problems. This is a very simple device, which supports the chin by propping it up with scaffolding which presses gently against the sternum and has a light, comfortable, velcro fastened strap round the back of the neck. I first bought one after having had a laryngectomy, and several lymph nodes removed from the neck and chin area. I was unable to lie flat, and if I slept with my head slumped, my face would fill with lymphatic fluid, unable to drain away in the night. On release from hospital, I forgot, and slept normally; the next morning I looked like I had gone 9 rounds with Mike Tysoe. *Literally* as soon as I began using this neck brace, the problem disappeared. I used it every night for 3 months solid, until my body found me drainage paths. This is an excellent product.  Read Less
