My friend who received the balls and set up our reveal did say that there was residue on each of the balls and she had to clean them off as to not ruin the surprise

I’m not sure how it would have turned out if he missed and it fell but we did it on grass in case that would happen

The ball was a tougher plastic material so i bet it would stay intact if a soft pitch was missed and it hit grass

You can definitely tell from the outside which ball is pink and which is blue

So we had the sonogram tech send us home with the correct one inside of the box
