The only disadvantage is there is no indication light to let you know the wand is switched on

No indicator light so cannot see at a glance whether on on or off

I received a refund very quickly with no quibbling as this wasnt the item i thought it was

I like it and it has a long flexbut got to be very carefull it gets very hot and no way to turn down temperature
