My only criticism: yes, the inside snaps are reinforced with suede cloth (which gets damp after my son urinates) and can not be wiped clean.

There is a layer of cotton fabric where the snaps are that gets wet even with one single use.

If you ignore it and use it a second time it gets reaaally smelly so you are obligated to change the cover after only one use.

The material - on the inside and out - is very plastic-like so when i spray poo off it splatters easily.
