We had got a different potty (attachment for our toilet) and the hole was too big, my son (2 at the time) kept getting stuck in it then screaming for help lmao.

We dump the urine often and rinse between uses, wash between #2's, but the bottom is permanently rough as if it has slightly dissintegrated.
