This is a more relaxed version of baby led weaning. My 8 month old now eats everything i put in front of him. Some recipes evolve for older kids.

Great healthy whole ingredient easy recipes. Very informative for blw & recipes are appropriate for whole family. Until then, the blf recipes are all yummy snacks or side dishes.
