The biggest complaint is that if the plastic ball doesnt hit the suction cups exactly right it just doesnt stick

Additionally if the ball gets dirty while playing outside it also does not stick well

It can also be a bit challenging to remember to switch between the paddle side and the suction cup side while you are tossing the ball back and forth

Just note that stuff gets unto this ball dirt hair or whatever it may be this further makes it difficult for the ball to stick unto the paddles
