I thought that it maybe was a defective remote or remote sensor so i removed the sensor but it didnt make a difference

I found how to get in contact with the company and their customer service was second to none they replaced what turned out to be a defective power supply

The only thing missing is clips to tie up and hang all of the loose wiring

I first connected the entire track to make sure that all the panels were working before i mounted anything onto the cabinets
