Pros

It's currently in use in my home gym which is probably where it will stay. At the current prices @$150 here on amazon, its a steal. The sound is amazing! Build quality is excellent and the design is beautiful! The beoplay covers it all.

B&o support was (paraphrasing here) well, mine here works great. The update makes alexa's integration through the speakers a complete dream. I have it connected to an amazon echo so i just tell alexa to play pandora and on it comes.

This has to be one of the best sounding speakers out there. Highs are crisp and clear and the bass is there just not over powering.

Cons

The delay cannot be corrected. This is a bit ridiculous and am hoping they will have a software update soon. All bets are off once it is accompanied by videos or any kind of visual cue.

Competitiveness

I had used logitech z5500 speakers for years and thought they were the best speakers on the market

The logitech z5500 speaker system sounds like complete garbage when compared to a pair of beoplay s3 back to back

I would have given this speaker a 3star originally but the bo app integration and speaker software update makes everything so seamless now
