The velcro can be kind of hard to postition while reaching behind and it does curl slightly on the top of the back part after being worn for a few hours but i think that is more because i am finally outgrowing it but it is very comfortable breathable does not chafe skin whatsoever doesnt promote sweating or heat buildup and it isnt bulky under big undies and leggings or stretchy pants

I tried using kt tape but it falls off and just wasn’t convenient

Its a bit uncomfortable and i have to wear it over my clothes because its a little scratchy

This belt had a way better price tag than other more expensive brands and since i didn’t know if a band would even help i didn’t want to invest 7080
