This is very misleading. The police have a shield made of another brand that can not only detect this brand but also obscure all the view from every angle.

Much too large and unusable fir our needs. Not worth the time to return it.

The rings in the binder used to be completly round now they are not. The binders are disintegrating right before my eyes. The rings are all damaged and don't close correctly.
