Pros

Our 2 year old's eczema hasn't reacted negatively to this. I continue to use it because, i know it works and my toddler likes it also.

Cons

Castile soap is not tear free. Left it dry and difficult to comb through easily. The regular baby shampoo performs better, even without the extra conditioning on the shampoo.
