When you open the box it looks like an impressive piece of hardware and it has a good weight to it but when you pick it up and inspect it up close it rattles more than i would expect and there are many rough edges and jagged spots on the softtouch rubberized housing

Unfortunately its very noticeable when pressed against your hand

On other areas the plastic molded parts seem to have really roughly cut edges there are frayed bits of excess plastic in some areas and then other areas seem to have small gouges and chips on the edges that should be smooth to the touch

The foil cutter is also a little bit crappyits thin shiny plastic and not very solid although it does work fine

I tried to use this a couple of time the first time the cork broke in two and the second time it pushed the cork int the bottle maybe im doing it wrong it did not come with instructions but i think it should be straight forward how to use
