Pros
Auto gage is an entry level auto meter product. Comes with double sided tape to attach on your dash. Perfect size for a supplemental gage.
The autometer /autogage tachometers are a great product. Reads very accurate. Checked with a calibrated tach and dwell meter.
Love this little tach. One con is that there is no shift indicator. It has a single incandescent backlight at the 3,000 rpm mark.

Back lighting is good and the needle response is faster than my engine (454 cid/7. The illumination works well but was expecting to illuminate around the perimeter.
Cons
The mounting options are very limited. The plastic that composes the body of the tach is of inadequate strength and quality. The two screw holes in the body were stripped from the factory leaving the tach flopping on the bracket.

You cant rotate the face or dial so you cant mount it upside down

But this is one of few tachs that have this low of an rpm range which is what i needed for motors topping out at 5500 rpm

If you need to mount it on an angled surface there is no way to do this without trimming off the mounting tabs and fabricating a different mount
