Pros

It takes two people in order to place them on the roof without scratching the roof. Instructions are very clear and install took maybe 45 minutes. Comes with all relevant tools, and all the parts are labelled for exactly which part of the car they sho... Read More

These cross bars are solidly built, well marked, and easy to install. They use the factory mountings already on the car (if you have the side rails) but the bars have a little more bow in them than i would have liked.

All metal construction except for the non-structural covers. Color is a matte finish which i love.

There is more wind noise with the rails when my sunroof is open but that is to be expected. Gave my rav 4 more of a suv feel to it. Fit into the vehicle was spot on. Adds great detail to car.

We were extremely pleased with these, they feel very durable and seem like they will hold up well. Good and sturdy feel.

Cons

The bracket mounting thingie is too deep for the space on my rav4. The instructions are very poorly written and lacking details.

I have never used cheap racks cause they are usually poor quality and dont hold up well

After a few months after in stall i tried to unlock the bars and two of the locks broke in half

These exact same crossbars will cost you 750 if installed at the dealership
