Cons
Has little to no security. Def not the "newer" version. Customer service through the manufacture is the worst which doesn’t help add to any frustrations.
Pages at a time clogs the unit. You have to keep reversing it to get the paper to go through. Will not engage or shred.
It gets jammed with 3 pieces alllllll the time. There's a feature on the shredder that says it assists in clearing jams, it doesn't. Everything feeds in at a angle, thus jamming it extensively.

I wish it a more jagged cut it will cut in straight lines but for the price it works for what i need

I use the to shred old manuals and then i use the shredded paper as packing material
