I dont have whitening trays so i used the qtip method suggested in the directions

I did not have a mouth tray when i first received the gel and i applied the gel with a qtip
5ml into a mouth tray or use a qtip to swab the gel onto youre teeth

When i left this gel on overnight using the gel trays i used for whitening the sensitivity was nearly gone in the morning down to about 5 sensitivity

Normally without remineralization gel it would take approximately 24 days depending on how long i left the bleach on for the sensitivity to completely go away
