I was a little concerned because of some bad feedback but i think that was all with the app that has since been updated

Iphone app works well but we suggest not enabling the automatic lockunlock feature bluetooth enabled

Competitiveness

For example it will recognize my wifes phone reliably and unlock for her but not for my phone

In order to control it remotely you have to get the august connect as well which will not be gifted with a 5star review
