    For me, its a minor thing however, and being able to know where my glasses are out weigh this problem.

    The trick is to use a little lubricant to slide them snuggly onto the ear piece.

    The ends slip over the earpiece snuggly and are comfortable.

    If your glasses have thick frames, you can cut 1/2 or so off the rubber tubing so they go on the frames further and don't extend over your ear too far.

    Holding the retainer on the stem of the glasses is a black rubber tube.

    The cord goes into one end and the other goes over the stem of the glasses.

    This generally works well, but the cord can pull out and when it does you can't push it back in because the cord is not stiff enough.
