Pros

If you need sound absorbing panels that will help decrease echos and appearance is important but not critical, these are highly recommended. Memory foam carpet padding under any rugs is the singular most effective (and cheapest!

These panels are phenomenal. Installation requieres effort but is rewarding. They look great and are easy to cut and install.

Of course they have the natural variation that burlap has. Wife only yell at me for one day, she seems to be ok with them now.
