The first few times opening and closing were tight but then it loosened up

I find it helpful to gather all of the loose ends together and slide them into the handle before trying to wrap the band around that snugs it up to fit into the cover

I cannot find this kind of costeffective folding umbrella at anywhere

That was my ultimate test since i hate nothing more than being dry from using an umbrella and then getting drenched trying to put that sucker away while trying to get into your car
