    I find it helpful to gather all of the loose ends together and slide them into the handle before trying to wrap the band around that snugs it u[p to fit into the cover.

    That was my ultimate test since i hate nothing more than being dry from using an umbrella, and then getting drenched trying to put that sucker away while trying to get into your car.
