Pros
Overall a great home set at an affordable price. Since this is a premium product that comes with a premium price i have to evaluate it accordingly.
The ends are flat and smooth. They lend perfectly to setting the dumbbell on your knees and * them up when you are laying down on a bench.
The grip is rubberized so it's feels good in your palm when holding it. I find the grips ergonomically sized, wide, and sturdy. The bars are strong and the weights are durable.
Ativafit dialtech elite adjustable dumbbells go from 11 to 66 lbs each in 5 lbs increments. They are slightly bigger than my screw adjustable weights. At 66 lbs per dumbbell, these are a good alternative.
These smaller adjustable dumbbells are compact, sturdy, and easy to adjust. This set is a bit noisier than my bowflex. The bowflex version comes in the 52.
Cons
The nuts on the adjustable barbell loosen and the weights fall off. If you don't fit these in perfectly the plates will move and prevent proper racking. See video for defect.
These are cheaply made and not safe. I honestly have no idea how they still sell these and haven't been sued out of existence. If you do buy them they are not worth returning since you pay the shipping back, and shipping a pair of 71.
