It fits my 186 skis with enough extra space, but i'm not sure if longer ones (over 192) would fit in.

Could use a name tag slot sewn onto bags.

I was able to fit my boots, helmet, goggles and a bunch a clothes.

Oddly enough, the boot bag does come with a detachable shoulder strap.

While the ski bag doesn't have a shoulder strap the hand straps that are on on it are long enough to be used as a shoulder strap, assuming that you are not a body builder.

The female clips are all on set-length straps, so the only adjustment is on the male clip's side.

In the picture above all of the clips are tightened as much as the adjustment will allow.
