The larger airholes allow for better cleaning because the diva cups airholes were so small i always struggled cleaning debris from them which then affects the suction

There was no learning curve for positioning and i’ve used it swimming and exercising without issues

This was so hard to remove i’ve upgrade to a flex cup now because this one was just too difficult

The only reason i gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it stains very easily and no matter how often i cleaned it it still stained
