This really works! It works for me when plain melatonin would not. Wish it wasn't quite so pricey though.
Cons
It makes you sleep, but you can't wake up the next day. That is not the case and for me it just didnt do anything at all. After trying 2 caps for 4 nights, very disappointed with sleep results.

Couldnt find it here but atavyst contained the two important ingredients and then some
