    I researched other reviews and realized i hadnt flashed the bios on my board since i installed it 5 years ago sure enough that was the issue

    But the old card back in so i could take care of that updated the bios then reinstalled this new card and voila done

    For my rig its able to withstand overwatch on ultra settings and killing floor 2 on ultra settings aswell
