It fits standard thickness doorways so if your doorway is too thick it wont fit but most should be ok

It is well built and sturdy but will flex somewhat in the doorway to ensure the cantilever design functions properly

Its practically identical to the official or unofficial pull up bar usedadvertised for the p90x program functionally at least

It does come with mounting hardware and does say to do so in the instruction manual but this is not required

The instructions that come with the bar are not very good

It is a full colour instruction bookletexercise booklet however it just has a picture of the bar with locations where the screws are supposed to go and the rest is up to you to figure out

The only problem with assembly is that the little wrench included is basically useless

As for pullups etc it does everything the instruction booklet says it does however using the bar to do situps in the door frame is not exactly good
