Sometimes the grip that holds the holder for the phone tightly in place when you rotate it gets a little loose and causes it to drop downward but theres a gear that you can turn to retighten this

Main problem in my opinion the screw that connects the cradle with the mount is easy to get off if you turn the dial in the wrong direction
