The sonoma ones are obviously cooler because they are not gore tex.

The arch support is not super but its ok.

The color isn't exactly as it shows in the photo-- its more of a royal blue accent not purplish periwinkle.

Hard to review a shoe when everyones feet are different shapes.

As for crossfit they're light enough where when i'm performing kipping or butterfly pull-ups or box jumps i don't feel that the weight of the shoe is a hinderance.
