The battery clicks in nicely and the laptop works fine with it. The bms in it is great as well and will not turn off the battery after x cycles unlike the dell oem ones. Perfect fit for the intended laptop.

This does have 9 18650 lithium batteries and the estimated wh on ad is about 90 of stated which is normal for these batteries as they do not allow you to drain below 25

Also if in the future you cant buy a replacement the individual 18650 lithium cells can be swapped out with new cells as long as the amps are the same and the mah is equal to or greater than it currently has

Also unlike the oem batteries this bmsbattery management system will not brick and become nonfunctional if you disconnect the individual cells so at least it can keep being rebuilt over and over

Have an old inspiron running windows xp that has programs that aren’t compatible with windows 7 or 10 that i use regularly
