This company does a great job with packaging their frames for shipping.
I was a little worried about the plexiglass looking cheap, and of course i am always worried about what damage shipping will cause.
They thought of everything- very well protected while shipping, protective film on the glass- you can tell these guys know their stuff.
Packaging/appearance
Packaging was very professional and frames arrived in perfect condition.
It is giftable and the packaging was really done with great care.
I even thought something big was in the packaging.

I ordered a few 20x20 and two 24x20 white frames for some works on paper.

No, it is not a solid wood frame, but i priced a similar looking frame at a frame shop, and it was going to be well over $125.

I am not sure the metal tabs that hold the plexi in place would hold a piece of glass anyway.

The cardboard back is thin and flimsy and doesn't provide a sturdy surface.

It's also easily torn and gouged by the metal clasps that clip it to the frame.

You have to put the hanging hardware on the frame yourself.
