Bear in mind that when you set up the lamp to the base you want the cable to be placed perpendicularly away from the base otherwise it will not look perfect

First is that there is no bottom to the shade like some lamps have that dimmer this one doesnt so you will see the inside of the shade which is plastic or the bulb if you sit close enough

Tall enough that no one will get bopped in the head by it and also tall enough that if the lamp is on there will be no reflection of it in the big screen television

All of the satinnickel parts were wrapped in plastic so that your fingers are the first to touch it since left the factory
