I've not detected any colorization of my mic audio and zero noise/hum/distortion added from inserting this box into my signal flow.

Sometimes this worked but often the dj’s are unfamiliar with their equipment and would not send a signal to the line thy have me plugged into.

Saves space on your mixer, especially when you can combine signals from 2 mics that are essentially picking up the same type of sound.
